BI-LED Retrofit Kit Install Guide

Everything you need to know to retrofit your headlights with the LINEM Angry Eye or Turbine Bi-LED kit.

What's In The Box

Check you have all of the following before starting your install.

●2x 3.0" Honeycomb Bi-LED Projectors

●2x Gloss Black Angry Eye Shrouds (or Chrome/Black Turbine Shrouds)

●Angry Eye Shroud Bluetooth Controller & Extension

●Demon Eye Bluetooth Controller & Extension

●2x H4 Plug Adapters

●2x CANBUS Modules

●Installation Hardware

💡 Tip: Before starting the install, connect your kit to a 12V source to test everything works correctly.

Step by Step: Retrofit Instructions

Remove Your Headlights

Remove the headlights from your vehicle. Take out all indicator, fog light, and headlight bulbs. Remove any rubber or plastic trim that could be damaged by heat.

Open The Headlight Housing

Preheat your oven to 120°C. Carefully place your headlights in the oven and heat for 5 minutes to soften the sealant. Alternatively, use a heat gun around the seam.

💡 Tip: Place the headlight face down on a non-scratch surface after removing from the oven. Remove all screws and clips around the outside, then carefully pull the lens off the housing.

Optional: Paint Your Housing

If you want to black out or paint your housing, now is the time. Lightly scuff all surfaces you want to paint with a scotch pad or fine sandpaper, mask everything else off, and paint. Allow to fully dry before continuing.

Install The Bi-LED Projector

Slide the supplied washer and rubber grommet onto the projector. Feed the wiring through the headlight housing and install the projector, making sure no wiring is pinched. Fix from the back with the adapter ring and wingnut from the hardware kit.

Level The Shroud (Angry Eye Only)

Before resealing, loosely install the headlights on your vehicle and get the shroud level. This is much easier to do now than after sealing.

Reseal The Housing

Make sure the inside of your headlight is completely free of moisture, dust, and contaminants — especially the sealant channel. Preheat oven to 120°C, sit the lens onto the housing and place back in the oven for 5 minutes. Remove and press firmly together, then reinstall all screws and clips.

⚠️ Warning: Any moisture or dust trapped inside will cause fogging. Make sure everything is clean and dry before resealing.

Reinstall Bulbs & Trim

Once cooled, reinstall your indicator, fog light bulbs, and any rubber or plastic trim removed earlier.
