Refund policy

Warranty

All of our products come with a 12 month warranty, Your order conformation email that is automatically sent to you after placing an order is your digital receipt, Products that have been incorrectly fused may not be warranted

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@linem.co. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items

Refunds

We are not obliged to give you a refund if you simply change your mind about a purchase. We do not offer a change-of-mind policy so please be careful when ordering.  We know you’ll love these products but choose carefully.

We do not provide refunds for damages caused by the user such as, incorrect use, incorrect installation or any issues caused by them. Examples of these include things such as incorrectly fused wiring or damaged products due to incorrect installation and misuse.

Please inspect your order upon receiving them and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
